Version
1.01 of 202 Hack made available
The
previous PC distribution format was incompatible with
installation on the Windows 3.1 platform. There is now
a separate
package available for that platform, along with revised
installation instructions.
This
version allows for simpler installation of 202
Hack
on the
Mac platform
- just double
click on the
202 Hack icon, and away you
go! No more .class files, "JRunner",etc...Of
course, you still need
to
have the
Java
environment
loaded on your system.
All
distribution packages will now contain a sample MIDI file and
it's already-202Hack-processed .WAV file -
this will allow you to test
the computer to 202 audio connection with an audio file
that is known to work...Very useful for debugging if you're having
trouble getting
things going!
