Attack II

DJ WHO is Chip Watkins, one of Baltimore's current crop of outstanding and influential DJ's who has earned national respect. Chip has brought his unique DJ'ing style of techno, house, and funk fusion to thousands of devoted fans throughout the USA. His unusual blend of grooves probably stems from the fact that he cites influences ranging from indie rock to the old school freestyle house of New York City.

"Attack II" is DJ WHO's follow-up to his highly successful debut "Attack of the Deep Dark Dubs" (DR-002). That release received solid coast to coast US play, as well as a significant UK response (Justin Robertson doesn't play just any record...). Not quite trance, not quite funk, not quite techno or house, "Attack II" (and Defective Records) aims to define a genre that melts the boundaries imposed by current dance music.
