Lotus Magazine, U.S.A., Vol 1., Issue 7, Brian Gollib: "Baltimore has been a major part of the American Dance community for years now and hardly gets its due respect. One of the leading DJ/Producers is DJ Who, who has consistently produced slammin' electro and funky breakbeat tracks, all of which have gotten major play in the LA underground. This new project has taken many of his older tracks and remixed them into different styles. There are a few remixes of his famous "PB4UGO2BED" song, taking it in electro, tribal, and eclectic directions....it contained styles ranging from electro to off beat house, with some strange trance tracks and one really fast attempt at a hardcore remix. Interesting stuff!!
