Seeds Of Triangulation is the Baltimore-based trio consisting
of Don Corrieri, Tanisha, and Tony Buscemi. All are experienced
members of the electronic dance music scene: Tanisha has recorded with DJ Who
in early 1996, Tony Buscemi has appeared as live percussionist on previous releases
on Gargoyle Records, and Don Corrieri, the veteran of the group, in addition
to operating Gargoyle Records in Baltimore, has been behind several classic Defective
Records releases as producer ,co-writer, and engineer. These include both early
DJ Who releases (DR.002 and DR.007), the
lead off track on the new DJ Who remix double 12" (DR.018, "on the rocks" mix), and the ambient-trance Pure
Gamma 12" (DR.004). In addition, the "Madd
Edit" features a kickin' remix by Tony Pegas, the other man behind the
scenes at Gargoyle Records.
"All This Time" breaks new ground. It takes classic, dripping,
soulful female-vocalist house music, strips it down to it's raw
skeleton, and then builds it back up with sweeping, bubbly, analog
electronic sounds, not to mention the live congas... It even
includes some spacey, long ambient breaks / interludes. Don't
worry though - this is no chill out track! It's guaranteed to have
dance floors the world over begging for more. There's a variety of
mixes to choose from: the original mix coupled with the more raw,
acidic, stripped down "Madd Edit" on the A-side, backed with the
even more experimental "Puffalufagous Mix" (for all those who
remember Mr. Puffalufagous!) on the B-side.
